Hello There, Contacted this office with a very simple case of medical negligence and breech of care. We have actual exhibits and in writing material. The intake person was prompt in the call back. The intake person was cold yet claimed to be a nurse. It just so happens I've ran teams of medical professionals. She appeared to be very limited in skills and a very caustic attitude. Referred by another lawyer. Was told that John Day was fabulous as a lawyer if you can get through the staff maze.
