Great experience.

I used Jerre Mosley on a small business acquisition deal. He seemed nice and competent. However, he completely missed the non compete agreement in the closing paperwork despite the fact that it was listed in the purchase agreement. I know accidents happen and I too could have caught it but did not until after the money changed hands. The seller then refused to sign it and has continued to do competing work. What prompted me to leave this review was the fact that for a few minute phone conversation to discuss options and mitigation to correct his mistake, I continue to be billed and his usual rate. He also stated that if this goes to court, someone else in the form would have to handle it at $300/ hr. This is not customer service. I would not use this firm again.

While financial circumstances prevented me from being able to retain Mr. Jacoway to represent me in Juvenile Court, he assisted me, as best he could, out of the goodness of his heart. As such, I felt compelled to leave this review. It is the least I could do. Steve Jacoway is one of the brightest family law attorneys in Chattanooga. His knowledge of the law and professional relationships within the community is unsurpassed. In fact, he was recently selected to serve as President of the Chattanooga Bar Association. His integrity and work ethic are beyond reproach. Simply put, Steve Jacoway is the Best of the Best!

Jonathan is professional, knowledgeable, and amazing in the courtroom. I recommend Jonathan without reservation to anyone looking for a fabulous attorney. He represented me in a real estate case, proving the seller did not abided by the contract, and he saved me more than ten thousand dollars!

I never needed an attorney before. I saw good reviews for Jonathan and decided to go with him. I’m glad I did. From the beginning and throughout the case, Jonathan was intelligent, ethical, thorough, and set reasonable expectations. I chose to stay in communication with him chiefly via e-mail, although he was readily available via phone or office meetings when needed. During our initial meeting he laid out realistic expectations for the case, which was a good thing. The next step was to research similar cases so as not to cause me to spend money taking a case to trial that had no chance. I really appreciated that. After the research hurdle, there were multiple key steps. Involving those key steps, I believe his strategy on how to approach the case was both intelligent and correct. Jonathan was also quite diligent in completing things, being my advocate, and keeping me updated in a timely fashion. I think all of this helped lead to settlement. During settlement negotiation itself, Jonathan again gave good advice--and options--throughout that process. Everything considered, I was very satisfied with the end result. Though I was motivated, it was still tough for me to go to an attorney and build a case. Via his professionalism throughout many months, Jonathan helped make it more palatable. He proved to be a very diligent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy lawyer. He was empathetic to our situation, but used an objective, logical, and practical approach to our case, and presented us with all known options when making decisions.
