After meeting with them for over a year I still didn't receive any help. I showed them proof of my ex getting a loan in my name.for her drugs. I'm a hard worker I don't ask for handouts or receive foodstamps. I didn't move out of the projects in Florida to come to Tennessee to get a loan out of Georgia. I work 60hrs a week I don't miss time with my 5 kids so yall can take out money from my account and I bring $80 home a week. Please stay away from here especially if you're black Edit. I missed work twice to come talk to them for about 30 mins and didn't receive help so obviously they didn't reach out. I just got my check today from working 55 hours and only made $45. I removed myself and my kids from my insurance and still can't buy my daughter her medicine she's really sick. But $45 a week isn't fair or right from fraud. How do I pay rent with that or feed my kids government assistance says I make to much. Here's literally proof of my check this week. Terrible company!! Edit: I'm not a client but they're taking money from me and my kids over someone else's loan it makes zero since.

Mr. Ben McGowan is a compassionate and effective lawyer. During my initial meeting with him, my impression was that he is an extremely good listener and that he cared. Now 6 months later after the conclusion of legal situation I would vouch that he is a good person AND kicks-a** at his profession. In court, it is evident that he is liked and respected by other lawyers, the DAs, and the court officials. I have nothing but good things to say about Benjamin McGowan. I hope to never need an attorney again but if I do he’s the man for the job. I’ve long suffered with depression and bipolar which led me down the wrong path. I had consulted with a few lawyers and I have to say most of them were money hungry and scared me more than reassured me, as soon as I spoke with him on the phone I knew he was the guy after our consultation I felt even better, Ben is a down to earth straight shooter but also a compassionate person. I was seriously terrified of the possible outcome without him I don’t know I would have made it these past 8 months. Ben went above and beyond my expectations, he does what he says he’s going to do he also put faith in me and helped save me from myself. I really feel as if he’s a one in a million type person…we hit a little speed bump on the way to getting my charges dismissed but, Ben didn’t give up or out. He went to bat for me again and now I can have a fresh start he even expedited my expungement. Thank you so much Mr. McGowan he’s the kinda of lawyer who restores your faith in humanity and all the people at this firm seem very nice. So if you ever need a criminal defense attorney he’s your man.

Ultra fast with electric pace resolution of my legal trouble. Mr. Ben McGowen made it very simple. My trouble was resolved in less than 36 hours, never heard off or thought of such rapid resolution of any legal problem in the system which works on snail pace. I highly recommend this legal firm.
