She has known him for years and he has helped not as just an attorney but he makes her feel as though he is a friend. Her experience with Brian has been nothing but, positive, professional, compassionate, and made overwhelming problems with her sons bearable. He gives good solid advice before court. I recently found myself in need of a law firm. I have worked with lawyers in the past in North Carolina and New York and the lawyers here are top notch. I was represented by Mr. Ben McGowan. He said he didn't want to over promise and under perform which was nice to hear in a world where everyone promises the moon and delivers zip so I really respected that. As it turns out Ben and his team went WELL beyond my expectations. The team was easily reached if I had questions about my case and stayed in contact with me so I knew what to expect. Excellent experience. I called at the eleventh hour to resolve a case headed to court and Brian worked with me in a way that was sustainable and logical for both me and his client. No one wants to find themselves in the position of facing court because of debt, but sometimes it happens. I cannot stress enough what a huge relief it is to work with attorneys that protect their clients' interests but also realize the value of working with debtors and coming to a solution that satisfies an obligation without being punitive.
