My personal injury case was complex and the treatment, recovery and legal issues took over five years to resolve. Mr. Rufolo and his staff exhibited great patience and personal consideration towards me during this entire process. A new law, relating to Workman's Compensation guidelines in Tennessee, had gone into effect just days prior to my accident. Even though, the settlement Mr. Rufolo was able to negotiate on my behalf was more than I dared to expect. In fact, I do not believe a better settlement could not be attained. I found him to be a man of fairness and integrity and do not hesitate to recommend him and the firm he represents.

The best lawyers in town in my opinion. They are all willing to go out of their way to take of their clients. My family has used the firm for all our legal needs for car accidents to workers comp claims and I have recommended them to many of my friends. We use Jimmy Rogers as our attorney to fight for justice for our union members. He is very professional and works very hard to get us the best decision he can. He is who I would want in my corner if I was fired unjustly.
