I posted an earlier review about Summers, Rufolo & Rodgers. That review was based on an employee at that time. Since then, I have spoken with Mr. Summers personally. He too was misled by said employee. Upon learning this, I am revising my review. Please disregard my earlier review. Mr Summers is a genuinely caring and intelligent individual. I do recommend him and his firm and would use them in the future.

Brian was great! Brian and his staff was professional, courteous, and persistent. I was very appreciative of how communicative they were about the whole process, and how they helped me through everything.

Mr O'Shaughnessy was very diligent with our case. He prefers coorespondance via phone and was always very easily accessible and returned our calls promptly. He is a compassionate person who understands and is very thorough. Due to the slow system our case took a year to resolve but we got the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend him.

I chose this law firm to handle my case,but due to my wait time on my issue with statue of limitations on a malpractice suit being 1year in the state of Tennessee ,they could not help.
