Allen has his staff were incredibly helpful through the process of my DUI. He is an excellent communicator and walked me through the entire process step by step. Any question I had was answered clearly and helpfully. I highly recommend Mr. Yates for representation for DUI cases. It was my first, and last, trouble with the law and frankly it was very overwhelming, but Mr. Yates and his staff were able to alieviate a lot of the stress and anxiety with detailed expectations and strategies for my case. Thankfully this is finally behind me and I couldn't be happier to have hired Allen to guide me through the experience.

Professionally, I had numerous encounters and mixed results. Overall, I was very disappointed, as Marc was unwilling to take on a tough case where justice was needed. I expected more from a former judge.
