I engaged Charlie Wheland in January 2020. Though I was the Plaintiff, my husband at-the-time agreed to work with Charlie as well, with no other attorney representing him, to reach an equitable settlement. Charlie was well able to keep this potential train wreck from rolling off the tracks, and after an unavoidable delay, we had our call with the court on September 1st,, answered a few questions, and my 42-year marriage was over. During the extended period of time between filing and ruling - ensuring our bankruptcy was discharged - Charlie and his assistant checked in periodically to make sure I was okay, and that there was no conflict during this waiting period. I highly recommend Charlie Wheland, He has been sensitive towards my unusual circumstance, wrote a very complete and professional Settlement agreement, and kindly but conscientiously got me to the dissolution. Very pleased, and would work with Charlie on legal matters in the future.

I can't say enough positive comments about Charlie Wheland. He helped me through a very contentious parenting plan remodification, and has since been a strong representative for me with other co-parenting and parenting plan issues. He is honest and fair. He fought for issues that were in mine and my child's best interests and clearly lays out the pros and cons of co-parenting legalities and family law. He makes himself available no matter how large or small the issue, a quality not often found in many attorneys, as I've had other attorneys that don't even come close to measuring up to Charlie.
