Charlie worked for years on my "case that wouldn't end". It required patience and grace that I did not have alone. Thanks to the diligence of this office I now am on my daughter's birth certificate and have primary custody. Life is good. I thank Yates and Wheland for that, and in particular Mr. Charlie Wheland. They forever have my gratitude for sweeping up all the pieces of this giant mess of a case. Side note: I have custody and I'm still paying child support. TN law needs to change this, as it's an abhorrent misuse of funds meant to care for a child.

He never let me feel like I was alone in the battle of getting my son back home where he belongs. You should not hesitate to talk to this AMAZING team. I cannot recommend Charlie Wheland enough! He recently took over my historically high conflict divorce and custody relocation case from another firm and completely turned things around.
