I petitioned the courts for more time with my daughter who lives with my sister primarily. When we arrived at court I realized my sister had a lawyer and I didn't. I tried to hire Charlie Wheland but he handed the case off to Tessa. She was to represent me in an investigation by CPS but she neglected to return calls and failed to give decent advice. I pretty much gave her $2500 for nothing..... When CPS tried to force my child into a meeting with her father who had neglected her for 8 years and my child went into a full blown panic attack, Tessa never returned a call or anything...but she was more than happy to take my money. Don't be fooled by her pretty looks.... she totally failed me and my child in what should have been a simple representation. I hired Alan Beard and he more than did his job! Be cautious.... if you can hire Charlie.... you're good. Just don't allow your case to be handed off to Tessa!

Charlie is a stand up person. He is busy but makes time to share your case and he is one of the best in Chattanooga. I highly recommend him. Tessa is apart of the team and she is powerful and confident in her decisions. I want them on my team every time, they are fearless and diplomatic. They are both respected in the community.

Allen and his staff were phenomenal. My case took way longer and took much more effort than anticipated but they didn’t leave me stranded. They stuck with me till the end and made sure to get me where I wanted to be. They wouldn’t even let me pay them more for their extra efforts.
