I rarely write reviews but for Sam Byrd and his staff it is one more way I can say thank you for all they have done to help me and my family. I have hired many lawyers over the years for a nasty custody battle that has perpetuated for more than a decade. Migrating the system can be daunting and emotionally draining. Before hiring Sam I had become very disillusioned and defeated. Sam was truly the best choice I have ever made to handle my extremely contentious and complicated legal issues. He and his staff are who you want in your corner. He was able to finally bring the case to finality with the best possible outcome. He also made himself available to consult and assist where he could in outside issues specific to my case. Beyond his five star experience and expertise, Sam is a 5 star human who genuinely cares about you and your case. While I hope I never have to fight this battle again, Sam would be my only choice if I do. Truly he is the best of the best.

Very nice group! They listen to your concerns and work very hard to accomplish your goals. Brittany is very quick to respond to any concerns and more then willing to help out in anyway she can. I would highly recommend Sam and his team of professionals for any of your legal needs.

Kevin Hargis did an excellent job of consulting and assisting me with my case after hire. He helped in my child parenting plan and gave me great advice during the whole process. He gave me his phone number so I could text message him if I had any questions or concerns. I always received prompt advice and was given knowledge answers. I liked working with this firm and was spoken with immediately as soon as I entered the building. When you hire one person from this firm, you receive the help of everyone. For example he would even assist me with other legal matters not pertaining to my custody case. He is very punctual and aggressive with my case. He didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear, but it was always exactly what I needed to hear! He believed in me and I believed in him! He truly cared about my case and it showed! Being a single mom, finances are scarce and he also worked with me on a payment plan that worked for both of us. It's about being there for his clients and getting the job done! He never gave up on us and He won't give up on you! He is very dedicated and very well educated! I was very satisfied with his representation and I highly recommend his services!

I have been in court several times with family members. Attorneys walk in, pull out your file and have to be reminded of why you are there. When Sam Byrd represented my daughter, you could tell he had done his homework, came well prepared and represented her well. I highly recommend him.
