The staff was great. I pick Sam as my attorney after a detailed seach for a attorney in custody case. He worked tirelessly until I was able to see my grandchild. I am so thankful I chose Sam Byrd to represent me in my divorce. From the very first meeting two years ago I knew that I had exactly who I needed to guide me through all the legal parts of my divorce. He has always been and continues to be honest, willing, and understanding of my fears, concerns, and questions. I paid the $5000 retainer for Sam Byrd to take my case. It was 11 months later he made time to file a motion on my behalf; 11 months of no response from email or phone calls/voicemails/secretary messages. He eventually refunded my (non-refundable) retainer fee and withdrew from representing my case after filing the single motion. If I knew how unprofessional Sam was initially I never would have trusted him with representing me.

Post divorce visitation issues concerning special needs children, child support issues, maiden name being restored. After reading several reviews on google and yelp, I decided this firm would be the best for my needs. My legal team, Sam and Brittney, were great. They were caring and kind to my situation, they were prompt to any situations that would arise, they worked diligently on my case, always informed me of any changes, and went above and beyond to reassure me of any worries that arose during my case. This is the second law firm I’ve dealt with with these issues and by far are the best. The outcome of my case worked out for the best interest of the children in the situation. I know when needed again, I know I can rely on them for any situation. My life has changed greatly because of the outcome of my case. It has taken so much stress and worry for my children and I out of my mind; to me that is the most rewarding thing, alongside knowing I have this team if I need them again

Mr. Harding was a good attorney. I hired him for my husband. He helped him get a bond reduction where he got to come home with his family. He's fighting hard for my husband to get the chargers that he's charged with dismissed. His assistant was very friendly and nice and answered all my questions that I had. Mr. Harding was fast at responding back to the question that I would ask him. Thanks for all your help my husband and I appreciate it.

Sam has been working our case for three years (as it turns out, our legal system is complicated.....who knew?) and in that time I, who has doubt about literally everything, have never found any fault with his commitment, work ethic, or care when advocating for his clients, not to mention the abject tenacity with which he has handled our case. Couldn’t have asked for a better attorney, nor will we.
