I would recommend Mr. Newman to anyone that needs an attorney. He’s professional, well mannered. He’s not pushy and really is all about his clients needs. It’s hard to come by a lawyer such as Mr. Newman and I’ve saved his contract information should I never need an awesome attorney again.

Zak was extremely efficient at getting done what needed to be done. From the begging to end he was very helpful, quick to respond and made my whole situation so much better for me. I would’ve been clueless on what to do if it weren’t for him. He stayed on top of everything as well as any requests/questions I had and made sure I knew exactly what was needed to be known. I am very satisfied with my outcome, and feel like my case and we’ll as I was heard thoroughly and taken seriously. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Zak I appreciate everything!

I got a speeding ticket on the interstate in Marion co. Trooper had paced me a 92 in a 70. I went to court found Mr Zac at court house early working on another case. I ask him if I could hire him to represent me he agreed to a very fair fee and he accepted. I was hoping to have speed reduced Mr Zac had ticket DISMISSED!! Thank you Mr Zac

I hired Zak to restore my civil rights, including the right to possess a firearm, after being convicted of a felony many years ago. Zak showed a true interest in my case and looked into my eligibility before telling me that he believed he could make it happen. He communicated with me throughout the entire process, addressed all of my concerns, and was fun to work with. Best Attorney in TN hands down!
He knows exactly what to say when to say it. He gets you a better outcome then what was discussed or even promised just by him being present in the court-room. Knowledge does matter in law and im telling you he knows everything!
