Excellent attorney. Very compassionate and well spoken. I watched his communication with his client and then also as he talked to the family as a whole after the case. He was very private and informative with his discussion. Not all lawyers would do that. His communication outside of the court room was just as good. Very timely with return calls and explanations to lots of question. Highly recommend Zak.

Zac took my call and met with me within 24 hours knowing I had a limited budget. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I handled landlord tenant issues flawlessly. Although he didn't make a killing off of me, he made himself available for advice and lead me to a favorable outcome. I would use him again in a heartbeat. He can and will handle a wide range of cases while making you feel that you are his top priority.

Zak is the best attorney in Chattanooga! When I went to my husband’s very first court date... all charges were dismissed and he got it expunged from my husband’s record like nothing had ever happened. I’m glad we chose to go with Mr. Newman because we could not be happier with the outcome. :)
