I hired Alan 8 months ago to handle my custody case. We had many hoops to jump through out of the gate as my at the time 3 year old daughter's mother and I were never married and he handled every situation with ease. He was incredibly understanding of the situation, and forthcoming about every single thing. He got my child support suit thrown out immediately. He gave advice that was 1000% against his own financial gain, such as, "the best situation is to get her in my office to get an agreement on paper and filed." Beyond the previous he charged me a fair and reasonable price for the above and beyond work he and his team put in; from the consult price to the support suit to the paternity and custody portion. Alan and his entire staff are - and I say this with confidence - the most personable people I have ever worked with; Alan is always available on his cell or gets back to you within the day if he can't answer and his office staff knew me by voice when I would call them for clerical purposes. All this to say Alan negotiated the best parenting plan I could have possibly asked for and genuinely became a friend to me in the process. I recommend him to anyone and everyone I meet needing a family attorney!

Alan took on a difficult custody case that had been mishandled for 3 years by a previous lawyer. He quickly worked to resolve the matter and got me the results I'd hoped for. Alan Beard is not a good man!! I hired him in 2005, I started having $$ problems after he was already paid around $2000, I owed $1000 & he dropped me as a client and kept my money, which He told me to my face he could legally do. It was wrong, what he did, I will never forgive him, not that he cares.

Alan beard has done a great job with my cases and I could have went to jail but alan kept me out I would advise anyone if you need help Alan Beard is the way to go.Thanks for everything yall are beautiful lol

Alan Beard helped me and my family in an emotional time for a custody hearing for our grandchild. It felt like an impossible situation but he and his staff always made sure to answer our questions and give us the truth and helped put our fears to ease. We had an incredibly long case due to covid and multiple interferences but the price was fair and we ended up being able to do exactly what we set out to do even with the odds stacked against us with the help of Alan. I would recommend him and his office and will use him in the future if the need arises. We were very pleased.
