I hired Alan for very serious criminal charges, before I hired him the judge offered me 3 years of supervised probation & $6000 of restitution, Alan fought for me and got proof that I did not commit this crime ! It took over a year in court but he not only had everything dismissed but helped me get this exponged also! He was very professional, great listener, calm & very empathetic! I would rate 10/10 ! He also charges great depending on the case, a lot of other lawyers are very expensive!

Alan is a great Lawyer, I’ve let him represent me in all of my cases and he has gotten me great results every time. I can never complain, he worked things out with me finically reducing my stress and he informed me of any changes made within the court. He is very responsive as well when I call, and if he can’t make it to the phone he will definitely call back. He was on time to all my court dates and just made me feel very secured. the expierence with alan beard was awful they always messed up on the paperwork they couldnt keep a steady secretary and the day we had court the assisant had messed up on the paperwork causing the divorce to be put off longer it seems like all he was concerned about was the money when we got to see him dont recommend him or his staff also they never returned any phone calls

Alan Beard. My step daughter had court today. She has mental issues and got in trouble. The night after court he showed up to take her to dinner knowing she has mental issues. He fumbled his words when he was being questioned about where they was going and why he was here. Then they took off.

Alan and his staff worked hard to help me be able to see my granddaughter who was being held from me unfairly. He fought and won our case. And has followed up personally to let me know if I need help in the future he'll be there. Alan came in to the office on a Sunday on more than one occasion for me.
