Alan represented me during a highly contentious custody case. Going into court, I expected the worst. After everything was done, the outcome was beyond my best expectations. Alan did a superb job handling every aspect of my case. He and his team were great when it came to fighting for what I wanted. They did a great job communicating with me during the entire process. I couldn’t recommend him more to anyone who wants the best to represent them.

I retained Alan for criminal case as well as a child custody case. My criminal case wound up getting dismissed and expunged. In the child custody case we were able to get things resolved without going to mediation or court. His office has kept me up to date on all filings and proceedings.

Diligent, persistent and punctual. Alan has done an amazing job handling my divorce and custody case. From reuniting me with my kids, to making sure I've been treated fairly throughout the court hearings. Alan also helped me with a few criminal cases that were dropped and expunged. I would highly recommend Alan Beard to anyone going through similar situations.

I wish, I had the same experience as so of these reviews. I have hired him as my divorce lawyer. It has been the worst experience of life. He has done nothing for me! It will start off good until he gets your money, and I just got ghosted. When I talked with him, it like I getting on his nerve! I just feel like I have been robbed!!

Alan Beard represented my wife and I in a recent custody fight with the State of Tennessee. He made the state and it’s witnesses look like fools. Throughout the process he was confident in the outcome which was very reassuring to my family. He was fair and compassionate toward our case. We couldn’t have retained anyone better, his years of courtroom experience showed. I can not thank him enough for his help in restoring our family.

Several years ago Alan handled my daughter's divorce and did a great job. Recently she had a custody issue arise involving CPS so we consulted and retained Alan again. He did an excellent job and I think he won't be getting any Christmas cards from CPS. I am just so thankful to have our grandchildren back with our family. I can not say enough positive things about Alan's care and legal knowledge. I can not thank him enough for the help he gave our family.
