I was in involved in an auto accident when a truck ran a stop. I was severely injured and had to be life flighted to Vanderbilt hospital. After returning home I had no idea what was next. While they were unable to take the stress of needing a new vehicle, paying off my totalled one and physical discomfort away they were able to give me a peice of mind. I went in on my time because they made sure they were available for me given my schedule. They told me what to bring and took everything from there. They did the medical release, called me to keep me updated and after that initial visit I did not pay another medical bill out of pocket. Matt Hardin and his paralegal team are the greatest. They were attentive and looked out for my best interest. They were prompt with information and sending out paperwork that needed to be signed and returned. I had a negligence case, where a person rear ended me doing 50(+) MPH while I was stopped at a red light. They hit me so hard that the only thing that stopped me was the car in front of me. I had to receive treatment for an already existing injury from the military. The person who rear ended me bulged out my disc in my lower back, in the same location. The team was easy to deal with and speak with. They were not at all pushy or demanding when it came to me. The team was relentless when it came to the opposing council. They worked around my schedule between doctor appointments and life in general. I would recommend Matt Hardin for any negligence case to where you know you should receive compensation.
