Mr Potter is fantastic. He's a kind man, and feels what your going though. He knows his books and is very good at what he does. If your looking for a good family lawyer he's a good one!

Mr Potter took my case and within two days we were in front of a judge for a custody hearing for my grandson he was so very kind and walked me thru every step of the way as I was from out of state he he took care of my case quickly and efficiently

My wife hired Mr. Potter to represent her during our divorce. Mr. Potter told me this was like tennis, back and forth. He told me keep calling our daughter even though my wife was saying everything goes through my lawyer- just got hit with a temporary order of protection. Mr. Potter told me he's just a hired gun, it's not personal. I'm not sure if he has kids or not, but it's always personal when it concerns your children. I find this man to just be another typical money first lawyer. And I want everyone to know that this guy lied to me over the phone, treated me poorly telling me he had more important calls to make. I was in essence, wasting his precious time. Again. My daughter's life hangs in the balance and his illustrations are tennis, hired gun, and my time is more important than yours.

Superb representation for a great person

I met Mr. Potter on the phone initially as I am out of state and my legal battle went across state lines. Mr. Potter fought diligently for me and my family. He was a fighter for TRUTH and he helped me get results so that my family could begin to HEAL. He is compassionate, caring and trustworthy. He treated me like family and cared about what was RIGHT by the law and for my family. He worked seamlessly with my other attorney out of state and fought for justice. I would definitely recommend him. He is a tough cookie and knows the law!!
