Theresa recently handled my case. She was very professional throughout. She kept me on track by not letting me pursue worthless avenues. Everyone has suggestions of what you should do when you are going through a process like I was. She could have easily ran with these fruitless suggestions and ran my Bill up but she didn’t. She was very thoughtful of the money I was spending and did not just run up the bill. Her assistant; Sami, was also very helpful making sure that I would get timely updates and assistance. Mr. Campbell is the kind of lawyer that makes you feel that he genuinely has your back in the courtroom. After going through some traumatic accusations, Mr. Campbell explained the processes and what to expect, how to prepare, and the reality of what the outcomes would be. Mr. Pittman is hands down the BEST in Clarksville. I talked to 5 attorneys in town and asked each of them for a recommendation, everyone of them said to hire Chris Pittman for my situation, as they all knew exactly how my divorce was going to go. Mr. Pittman is very calm cool and collected in your everyday interactions with him. Even when opposing counsel sends emails to him with emojis, yes opposing counsel sent him emails using emojis. But let me tell you, put that man in a courtroom and he is dramatic when you need him to be. When my ex and her family said they were going to take everything I owned, Mr. Pittman said like hell they will. He was a man of his word too! Mr. Pittman got me the settlement I deserved and was owed, every penny. He is WORTH the money. When you need the best, hire the best. Chris Pittman and Theresa Schimmels are definitely a DREAM team they will CRUSH any other attorney in town where it matters the most, the courtroom. I'm sure I will need them again soon, I have 8 years left of co-parenting. My advice to anyone going into a divorce or if you even think you are going to be getting a divorce, hire this man and his team. His office staff is also amazing Sammi was very attentive and will get you what you need if she can. I can't thank them all enough, so I send everyone to him! They are hands down the BEST in town!
