I was told by a person that knows Mr Hoffer well, Mr Hoffer is either a power house or a push over I got the pushover Mr Hoffer. This turned ugly fast and he has an ego as big as Alaska.

I retained Jerry Hoffer on two back to back cases. One custody and the other divorce and I could not be more pleased with the outcomes for both. He is able to keep a cool head and ensure civil discourse but when the time calls for it also implement assertive tactics. He made both cases relatively easy and drama free. I highly recommend Jerry Hoffer to anyone in the Bradley county area.

Jerry and his staff have been helping my family and I starting in 2019 and is representing me currently. If you want someone to coddle you and tell you everything you want to hear Jerry is not for you. However, if you want an attorney that will fight for you and knows his way around the courtroom Jerry is who you need to go see. Hes going to be honest with you even if its not what you want to hear. BE HONEST WITH HIM IN YOUR EVALUATION , he will take what you tell him and give you your best options to go with. Be patient with him, hes good so he stays busy, you wont hear from him everyday and it may take him some time to respond to questions. Becky will help you in this area. He can come off as a bit brash at times but Im good with that, I wasn't looking to hire a new best friend when I needed an attorney , I was looking to put my money on someone who could help me defend my rights as a father to my kids and put the best interest of my family in their hands. . So far Jerry has been exactly that guy.

I’m here to say if you are looking for a hard working and straight to the point kind of attorney who will fight for you then Jerry Hoffer is definitely your guy. I fought for a year and a half to get my babies home and within two weeks of having hired Mr Hoffer he done what he said he would do. Don’t get me wrong you have to do your part as well but he does his homework and puts in a lot of time in your case. Just want to say thank you Jerry you don’t know how truly thankful I am for your help. Will be recommending you the same way I got recommended to you!
