Waited 3 weeks for a phone consult. Finally arrived but no one called. Called them and they said I missed my appt because it was my place to call not theirs. No one told me this. I’ve had several phone consults over this matter and Everyone else has called me and if your not told to call —- you would assume they would call you being it is a scheduled appt Waited another week. Had the appt I called on time. Was told he was busy and he would call me back. Waited over 2 hours and he did call finally [ waiting on a consult call puts everything else in your life on hold —- I had a scheduled time. I called. But was put off 2 more hours !! After the meeting — someone was to call me back about if they could help me after reviewing records. Going on 2 weeks now. I called the receptionist she said she would give the message to someone. Still no call. I was referred here from another atty but with all this going on —- ? I’ll go elsewhere. I emailed the receptionist what she needed. Said she didn’t get it. My email shows she did. Sent it again. Then she said she said she couldn’t open it. Lots of issues here
