I highly recommend Mr. Luke Chaffin for representation. First time I went into his office I was scared he was not only an attorney but treated me like a friend. I do believe he had my best interest in mind as he guided me through it all.

There the only law firm i will ever use if I have a choice

Sadly, these are guys failed me on my closing transaction. Had to ask for things multiple times, correct mistakes, call multiple times to reach someone. They had no concept of security, sending sensitive documents with socials and other credit information via unencrypted emails. Despite several requests to stop, even me setting up a secure folder for file transfer, they kept sending documents via email. They kept blaming covid, of course, or the holidays, or vacation, or illness, for all of their shortcomings; it was awful. Seemed to always be some reason they didn't/ couldn't do something right. Excuses every time. I wouldn't use these guys ever again, for anything. Get a real title company that knows what they're doing, skip these people.

Hiring a lawyer wasn't on my bucket list but the past three years I have had the pleasure to seek council with the attorney's in this office. They have helped me out with questions when I went through my divorce and my Mom's estate after she passed. Very professional and understanding in any case you may need. Highly recommend this group of attorney's!
