My husband and I hired Luke Chaffin for dui in Jackson co. And he buddied up with the prosecution and although I got my charges dropped my husband was throwed under the bus. And we had to pay out another 2500.00 for court and probation fees. Paid Luke 2500.00 cash. We are on disability. Don’t hire him he works for the prosecution.

Do not recommend. Only gave 1 star because that’s the only way I could write a review. We spent 4 months of no communication from our lawyer, only emails from the secretary with no information on our case, wanting my husband to take off of work to come in to the office for zero information or progress. Lawyer did absolutely nothing. Always too busy to take our call or call us back but fast to charge us. His office does not take credit or debit, expects you to write him a check for $$$ and pull that money out of thin air. Had a couple phone appointments that he couldn’t even take the 2 mins it would take to tell us he has no information for us. Dropped our case after 4 months of nothing then wants $1000.. after the fact his secretary told us he was dropping our case that we didn’t owe him anything. Now he wants to act like he did 10 hours of work on our case. Must of found a new toy he needs a down payment for. Don’t waste your time, crappy service and empty wallets.
