If I could give zero stars I would. I am beyond livid!!! A loved one hired Sydney Franklin bc she said she would “take care of him” in a case. He didn’t take a plea offer bc he was informed a technical was only 15 DAYs so of course he did not take the plea they were offering him, that he would’ve been out MONTHS ago!!! She said he would be in there a FEW DAYS and she would get him out!!! Well this was back in January!!! It is now August and still sitting in jail and no idea as to when he will be getting out!!!!!! I am writing this as he sitting in jail on his birthday devastated. I am absolutely sick to my stomach on the fact he listened to her horrible legal counsel and was quite frankly lied to. I think he is owed an apology on what a mess has been made. The whole family has suffered due to fact. It’s been a living nightmare. I feel so bad he trusted her and listened to her!!! These are people’s lives and they should be told the facts and the truth as to what may happen and given accurate legal counsel bc clearly the information given was false.I feel as though any lawyer that actually knew the law and what they were doing would have known this and been able to give proper legal advice. A lawyer that doesn’t know their client even had an 11/29 or can fix/read their clients paperwork when going to court or what a simple technical probation violation can truly carry shouldn’t be taking peoples money and practicing law.

Doesn’t even deserve one star!!!The “liquid garage lawyer” as I call her probably couldn’t argue her way out of a paper sack. She told my family member not to take a plea that they would be out in a few days!!! Well they took her advice n the judge REVOKED their probation entirely…They have been in jail 8 months now bc of HER LEGAL COUNSEL!!! Beyond livid is an understatement. It’s very clear she has no idea what she is doing in criminal justice… and probably the most experience she’s gotten with the legal system is when she got arrested for her public intox last year. Makes me sick to my stomach what an awful job she did!! She should be embarrassed I know I am!!

Very efficient, very nice on the phone and very accommodating to me since I am out of town. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Closing went well

They were helpful and knowledgeable about what we were doing. Very easy to work with. Would recommend them every time.

The office was direct and up front. They are working on the process now and it's been 1 week so far. It turned out I only got an affidavit of heirship and not an actual title.
