Take your business elsewhere. No one returns calls. They made a mistake on a payoff in benefit of the seller. Claiming over 20k in addition to actual pay off. Real clowns.

Do not recommend this title company. Very unprofessional and made mistakes within our closing and then blamed us. Costumer service was so rude and degrading when on the phone. They made a mistake and then wanted us to fix it for them. They will also make you sign a shortage agreement! I strongly recommend going with a different title company who won’t making you sign one. Neither our realtor or lender had ever seen a shortage agreement. We lost out on our earnest money because of their error! Also would not recommend utilizing them for non in person closings because they’ve proven they can’t do them efficiently or properly.
