Brad’s skills as a family law attorney are unmatched in all of middle Tennessee. My case involved complex multi-state jurisdiction issues with children. I met with numerous highly reputable attorneys prior to selecting Brad and he was the only one who projected confidence in navigating these issues to a successful outcome, and he delivered! He successfully overcame my spouse’s motion to dismiss the case and kept it in Tennessee where it belongs. His superior knowledge of Tennessee law, craftsmanship of arguments and the familiarity with the judicial bench in Williamson County made him the best advocate I could have hoped for. What’s more, he did all of this within a *very* reasonable budget considering the complexity of the circumstances. His invoices were always accurate and, importantly, lacked the fluff/padding sometimes seen with other attorneys. I retained Brad Carter three years ago to help me in a divorce that I knew would be difficult due to my then-husband’s refusal to cooperate. It was in fact lengthy and challenging, to say the least, due to my ex disobeying almost every court order. Dana, even once my case has now been settled, helps me navigate the challenges, complexities and frustrations of co-parenting from a legal perspective (and sometimes from a therapist perspective. Sorry/Thanks Dana)! From legally what my options were and still are to when I need to calm down, he is a straight shooter! Davidson leans toward 50/50 for non married cases, even if the other parent was not involved, they want to give him a shot. Dana prepared me for what my worst and best day in court would be and set my expectations as close to spot on so I had no major curveballs. In the instance my daughter ever googles my reviews when she’s old enough, I won’t put all of the details on here to explain the situation, but I will say I fired my first attorney and hired Dana. To this day, I’m so glad that I did.

Working with Brad made me feel secure. He was quick to respond to any questions, prompt to court hearings, and respectful. I was able to communicate via email amid a wild schedule. Though I hope to never find myself in a litigatory situation again, if I do, I plan on hiring Brad.

I needed to update a very outdated will and decided to try Brad due to his convenient location. I found him to be very personable, detail oriented and easy to work with.
