Brad Is a true professional as he consulted me on my out of state divorce/custody case and took his time on the phone and discussed in detail what strategy he would use and took his time & explained in detail to me so i could understand as im not an attorney. Due to my limited financial situation with having to hire an attorney in Illinois and one in Tennessee, Unfortunately I had to go another route. Had it been all in Tennessee Brad would have been my guy. He is a good guy whom i can tell cares!

Brad did a great job for us is revising our wills and trusts after we moved to Tennessee. He’s very patient in answering all of our questions. Brad has a warm pleasant temperament that makes him nice to work with.

Brad has represented me on two different occasions, and I'm extremely satisfied with the work he's done. Both cases involved child custody. The first case was especially hard, I was surprised and unprepared when my ex-wife wanted more custody than our already established equal parenting plan, and portrayed me negatively to have a platform to get sole custody. Brad was able to accurately counter the false allegations made and preserve my reputation, and my parental rights. The second case was an amicable separation but developing a parenting plan we could both agree on presented some real difficulties. Soon-to-be ex (at the time) took my child out of state and Mr. Carter forced him to bring him back. Very acknowledgable on child endangerment and parental rights. Responses to calls and emails quickly when I needed an answer fast; and always there when I needed him!! Mr. Carter is a nice down to earth attorney. I would definitely hire him again and again if I needed to.
