After less than adequate legal representation in my recent divorce by a different local attorney, it was necessary for me to retain a different attorney. This attorney would have to clean-up a mess that was created and left by my first council. I sought out to find an attorney who was honest, highly educated and with a current knowledge base for my case. When I met him for the first time I knew instantly I was going to be well represented in my post-divorce case. Brad had to fight for me to receive the benefits the Judge had already ordered a year earlier , which had never been given to me. From my first encounter with Brad 15 months earlier, throughout His legal representation of me and continuing to this day I observed a rare and special attribute in Bradley M. Carter. This attribute is His obvious and deep concern for me and the in justices I received by my first legal council throughout the long two years it took to just get the divorce. If you are searching for an attorney and want one that treats you with respect and is courteous and patient (very patient). An attorney who answers your phone call or returns your calls in a timely manner and one who responds to every email you send him. Your search is over. Brad is an attorney who will fight for you and for what is right He will never back down or stop. He will make sure that you fully understand every sentence in all of your legal documents. I have only one regret at this time. I regret that I did not retain Brad the first time!
