No one wants to need an attorney but when you do need one, you want a good one. One that will listen to you and fight for you with knowledge and experience. But more than that, you need one that truly cares. Having Will Holloway working on legal matters for me over the years has always put me at ease in stressful situations because I know I can trust him to do a great job and always have my best interests in mind. He’s always honest with me about the reality of how things work and keeps me informed along the way. I can’t recommend him enough. Mike handled my difficult case with superior knowledge, class and used some great legal strategy in the early stages of our case to handle the ridiculousness that the “celebrity attorney” my ex had hired who was making my life hell. My spouse hired a high-powered "celebrity" attorney and was planning on putting me "through the ringer". Mr. Fort stood toe-to -toe with her council and was able to get me everything I asked for. He is very knowledgeable and understands the law and formulates an amazing strategy. Thanks to him I have 50/50 custody without having to concede any other demands. He and Misti (paralegal) are strong communicators who will answer very promptly (always within an hour) with concrete advice. Obviously each case is different but if you are totally 100% open and honest, Mike will fight for you. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is in need of a top-notch lawyer.
