Mrs. Ross was an immense help! She helped me set up my will/advance directive. She made everything easy to understand, was very kind, and was hands on. She allowed me to take my time as needed in my decision making and provided sound guidance to my inquiries. I was impressed by her wealth of legal knowledge. I highly recommend her!

If there was a zero, I would put that. Mr. Highers has failed my daughter in her case. Didn’t make sure the attorneys filed papers needed filed and my daughter is still without child support. Doesn’t return her calls and absolutely dropped the ball on this entire thing. Very unprofessional and would never recommend.

Kylene is an amazing and compassionate lawyer. She had my little cousins case a few months back. She was caring and patient with my 18 year old cousin. My cousin was headed down a terrible path and kylene talked with her. I feel as though she got through to her, because my 18 year old cousin has been accepted to Eastern Kentucky University and has completely changed her life around in these last few months. She leaves for college on the 15th and we are so excited and grateful for the extra time and compassion Kylene showed towards our family.

Jason is friendly. But don’t expect anyone to answer or return calls. No communication between lawyer and client until in court. A simple courtesy call would be good. Just saying “everything is good and nothings needed.”

Got to be the worse person to hire in sumner county Tennessee!!! I paid this dude in full. He did me wrong. I fought charges for 2 years. The day after hiring a new lawyer my charges got reduced and took the plea deal I wanted!! He also don’t text or call back. He also stated I will get money back since he couldn’t get the job done. However never got a penny back.
