Josh absolutely took care of a ticket I had! Kept me informed on what was happening and made it very easy to proceed not to mention he got the ticket dropped!!

Josh went above and beyond with our situation! He took our case and listened to our unique problem when at least 20+ lawyers wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. I never waited over 12 hours to get some sort of response from him when I had a question or concern. He is very personal with his clients and never made us feel like “just a number.” I would recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs legal help or advice. I myself will turn to no one else in the future if need be. It has been a great experience!

On a 5-star rating system, Josh Hoeppner is a solid 6! I don't generally write reviews; but considering I live 1,100mi from Kingsport and had no other way to "shop" for an attorney than to read Google Reviews, I understand why I should leave this review. I tend to be hypercritical, especially where my money and time is involved; and this guy exceeded every expectation I could've had. I found him to be very communicative, friendly, honest, and extremely punctual. We spoke twice before I retained him; he returned both of those calls within 48hrs and took his time with me. He was honest to the point it made me seriously think about the decision before I retained him. I mailed his retainer; and even though I had a tracking number on the letter, he told me he'd received it before I even knew it had been delivered! You can't ask for more punctual service; he updated me within hours whenever there was any development, I was very impressed with the timeliness of his responses. I expected this to take 3-9wks and require me to travel; but he had it resolved in mere days with no travel. His rates are fair, he charged what I expected. He was clear about what a bad outcome could be and he gave me realistic expectations of good outcomes. He never promised me anything except to do his best; and in the end he did better than I'd hoped he could. I would 100% definitely call Mr. Hoeppner if I ever needed help again.

I was pulled over and needed some counsel on what to expect with traffic court. I called Mr. Hoeppner, and he was very quick in getting back to my call. He went through all of my options with me and helped me understand what route I should be taking. When my court date came time, I was very nervous and called him again, asking what to expect. He walked me through the system and prepared me very well. I was able to confidently walk into court, and I got the outcome that I was hoping for. I can't thank Mr. Hoeppner enough, and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs guidance through the traffic court system!

Josh was beyond exceptional through every stop of this process! I was dealing with an in-state case while living out of state, and having someone who could be there, communicated effectively, had great rapport with the judge and DA and who made it easy to understand exactly what we were looking at next solidified the fact that I made the right decision. On top of that, every time I came back we were able to move along in the court room efficiently and without having to wait, he was able to push it back until I could get down there, kept me in the loop, reached out nearing each appearance date and when I was there we made it through without a problem, like he had said and in great time. All in all, if you’re in the tri cities area and need an attorney who embodies a 5 star review in the court room and in this process Josh Hoeppner is the one. Thank you Josh

Josh was awesome! I highly recommend! He went to court for me and took care of a speeding ticket since I don’t live near by. It was stress-free!
