I can't say enough good things about Josh. I engaged him to handle the estate of a family member as I live 3 states away and am also out of the country frequently. His skillful handling of the matter saved the estate tens of thousands of dollars. In addition to that, he took care of the transfer of real estate saving me a 1000 mile round trip for closing and avoiding a sizable brokerage commission. He earned every penny.

I recently contacted Josh Hoeppner regarding a speeding ticket I received while driving from Virginia to Georgia. Although I’ve had a clean driving record for well over a decade, I was in an unfamiliar rental car, made a mistake, and incurred a speeding violation on I-81 near Bristol, TN. Because of the reciprocity that many states participate in today, I new instantly that this violation would have likely resulted in a reckless driving charge in Virginia (any violation in excess of 80 mph, regardless of the posted speed limit... be careful in VA, btw!). Josh immediately put my mind at ease, and he seemed confident that he could assist me in having the violation reduced, provided that I was willing to attend an in-person defensive driving course and pay the associated court costs. He was proactive and contacted me the week prior to the court date - just to reaffirm that he was prepared and confident that he could assist. That alone, speaks volumes. He appeared in court on my behalf, and he not only got the charge reduced, but completely dismissed, once I complete a 4-hour, NTSB approved, defensive driver course (in my home state of Virginia) and pay the court costs. Additionally, he contacted me shortly after the proceeding to inform me of the outcome and included a copy of the judge’s order. He accomplished exactly what he said he would, and then some. Josh Hoeppner is an impressive attorney. He is extremely professional, proactive, and his fees are more than reasonable. His efforts, saved me multiple trips to Bristol, TN (a 5+ hour drive, one-way), and avoided a potential Virginia reckless driving violation that would have resulted in 6 demerit points and remained on my record for 11 years - potentially costing thousands in increased insurance premiums. I would highly recommend Josh Hoeppner without reservation.
