My husband Josh and I used Jeremy Jones for bankruptcy. He was so helpful and done pretty much everything for us! Mr. Jones did an amazing job with everything for my bankruptcy! He explained everything in a way I could fully understand and made sure all my questions were answered. I had an issue with my employer trying to garnish my check after I had filed my bankruptcy but one call to the wonderful ladies who work for Mr. Jones and literally less than 5 minutes later the matter was settled! The day of my actual hearing Mr. Jones had already prepped me in the office and via phone so I knew exactly how everything would go and I wasn't a bit nervous! Dean Greer & Associates are amazing and the ONLY law firm I will use or recommend to family and friends! Thank you again for everything and my fresh start!

My wife and I have had a rough go with debt. We both accumulated debt even before we got married, then after marriage tried to pay off debt with debt. We were scared of bankruptcy, so tried multiple options including debt negotiations. Our payment for debt negotiations kept raising higher and it was hard enough to pay the initial payment so eventually had to cancel that program. Time went on, I lost my job due to my work place closing its location, then we had a blessing of a suprise finding out we are pregnant. We were so far behind on debt, we couldn't catch up so we broke down and stopped by to talk to Dean Greer. The initial interaction was fantastic, and we knew Mr. Greer was extremely knowledgeable. We started the process, and was matched with Jeremy Jones at this office. Jeremy was 100% amazing. Answered every email, every question, very informative, and was easy to work with every step of the way. He made sure we didnt feel belittled, and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. We dont feel bankruptcy should be used just for a way out, but for people who are desperately struggling and need a last resort type of help, and this office made it easy for us. I can't thank this amazing group enough! What I thought was gonna be a drawn out stressful process was made very easy for me thanks to Mr. Jones and the office staff. They were always there to answer any questions and explained everything along the way. It was a lot less stressful than I ever imagined. Very fair price for such an excellent service. I would highly recommend this great group if you need help with bankruptcy.

Great overall experience but take care if you have a veteran's benefits debt. I was treated with respect and felt very comfortable with the process thanks to Mr. Jeremy Jones and the team there. It can be a little frustrating going through assistants when a problem arises but that would be anywhere you go. My main warning is this: If you have a debt with VA Debt Management, don't count on that being cleared. The best the lawyer can do it ask nicely to forgive the debt and even if the VA agrees, they can come back months later and renege; deciding to simply take the debt from your disability. It appears a case was lost for another veteran and now lawyers are shy to challenge the VA, so I'm stuck with thousands in a debt that was "forgiven" and then suddenly reinstated.
