Mr. Dean Greer is the best lawyer ! Mr. Greer stood up for me from the minute I pulled into his parking lot . The day before I went to meet with Mr. Greer I spoke with the credit union that I had my car loan with . I let them know that I was meeting Mr. Greer the next day and would call and give them my case # as soon as I had it . When I got to Mr. Greer's office the next day , I went inside and that credit union had called a tow truck to get my car. Mr. Greer saw what was happening out side and literally went out and stood against my car and wouldn't let the truck leave with my car. I hadn't met with him or even paid my retainer fee and he stood up for me , and through the whole process of filing bankruptcy Mr. Greer and his staff were there for me every step of the way , and advising me on what was best for me and what I should do in every situation that came up during this time . He took a really bad situation and turned my life completely around .I can never Thank him enough for all that he did for me .

Having Greer & Associates in my corner was an absolute blessing! I had an Atty prior to Greer,for almost 5yrs,within that time I got to speak with them only 3x’s &1 was at court.(So glad I decided to leave that firm or I’d still be waiting for an answer which would prob be NO)Anyways It was just pure fate that I was given a recommendation to go speak with David Darnell who specializes in Social Security/disability with the group.He was absolutely awesome!I never had a problem when I called with a question.By the time I hung up I was always satisfied.Within 6 months he had my case in federal court with a remand to take it back in front of the judge.He told me the very 1st day I met him in my consultation appt.to go online & file for SSI..had he not advised me of that I would not be receiving checks and backpay from SSI right now,I would only be waiting for my backpay disability and payments to start..I could go on &on & I know I text a lot on here but it is for my insurmountable admiration & gratitude I have for David Darnell! He didn’t just try and “oh well” if he didn’t win my case... I honestly don’t think he would have stopped “UNTIL” HE WON MY CASE! I can’t thank him and the rest of the staff & his peers enough for being a team which pull together and form an amazing firm!!!
