The Elder Law team worked very well together on multiple issues for my family. I very much appreciate the helpful information and straightforward communication in helping us accomplish our goals. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing legal work in setting up any kind of trust, will, or special needs work.

I had a wonderful meeting. I got all of my questions answered, and more. I walk in rather worried, and I left feeling wonderful, and most definitely "very secure"!

Couldn’t have made it through the last 18 months without this crew, especially Haley and Kyra. I had a lot of questions and both ladies extremely patient and always responded in a timely fashion by email and phone. If you have an elderly parent, you need these folks. They won’t leave you or on limb.

A complete fraud. Paid $400 for a consultation and received no useful advice. Then the lawyer had the temerity to suggest we pay something like 15k up front and $2,400 annual fee.

My comments have less to do with their legal advice than it does with their business model. My experience was that there was a $400 fee for a 2 hour initial meeting/consultation. During that time I did receive some information that was helpful but there was no way presented to retain their services for help with a one time task. From that point forward their services were available only if they were retained for a year during which time (I got the impression) I could utilize their services without limit. However, if you want (for example) them to prepare a will and nothing more, there are no provisions for that. I cannot speak to the quality of their legal services (see other reviews for that), but if you are looking for legal advice for a specific task or two this practice appears not to be set up for that. If you have a large estate and require services across a wide range of interventions (will, Medicaid, nursing home, etc.) perhaps they are a viable option.

Had my wills and trust done. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to help me set up a trust for my son. I feel like I'm part of a family! Would recommend them to anyone needing wills or a trust. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

2019 - I am VERY happy with the solutions that the team at Elder Law of East Tennessee provided for my Mom's situation. No doubt there were others there that helped, but the ones that I had contact with were Malinda, Bailey, Jana, and Hailey; they are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their elder loved one's affairs. The only regret that I have is the worry that I put myself through trying to figure all of this out on my own before I called them!! 2022 - This is my second 5 star experience with Elder Law of East Tennessee, being helped again by Bailey, Jana, and others. They are professional, compassionate, and questions are promptly answered... all that you could ask for, and at a fair rate.

I don't know what I would have done without them!! They helped not only to develop a care plan for my dad who became ill suddenly but also followed through with getting everything accomplished. They were a huge support to me during the entire process. My father passed away but they did not disappear. They continued working and tied up all loose ends. The entire team was professional yet caring. Their priorities were clear....to help our family!
