I was called into court for a frivolous child support case. Jason was so skilled at handling my case. I had my initial consultation with him, and I was not disappointed. I didn't even have to see the judge, and the case was dismissed! I would highly recommend the Barnett Law Firm to anyone that had a need for their services.

We had been in the courts for almost seven years going back and forth with minor children where the biological dad had lost custody, and kept filing pro se motions, keeping us in court cases almost weekly. We had been through 5 different lawyers each telling us we did not have grounds for termination, and costing us hundreds of thousands of dollars in lawyer fees. The first time I spoke with Ben I knew he was our guy. He is a no nonsense, make it happen kind of man, which is exactly what we needed. He handled the Bio dad like a champ, and in one 2 hour meeting was able to get him to relinquish all of his rights to the minor children.....an act that many previous lawyers specifically told us would never happen. His firm was always quick to respond to any emails or anything happening with our case (Emily is amazing)! Ben would even call late at night to give me updates after I'm sure a long day himself which is something you don't see much in the professional world anymore, and an act I truly appreciated.
