Everyone I worked with was absolutely fantastic! Mr. Barnett and Mr. Hansard made the divorce process easy and there was no stress. I would recommend this firm to anyone who needs it!

Hired for a divorce. Once retainer was paid, the office was in zero communication with me until mediation. Very lazy lawyer!!! Do NOT recommend for any purpose.

I cannot recommend The Barnett Firm enough! Ben is very hands on, matter of fact, straight forward, honest, genuine, kind, and so far beyond hilarious that he could knock your socks off. His personality makes any situation seem like it’s going to be a-okay when he comes in with his fun socks on peeking out of his slacks, and his serious demeanor that has a wall of humor stacked up behind it. I had the pleasure of meeting him during the duration of my mothers divorce and I am so thankful that she was in the hands of The Barnett Firm. A divorce is difficult enough on it’s own, and they do absolutely everything that they can here to make it as smooth of a transition for you as they possibly can. Ben and his firm are very diligent and as a opposing counsel I always know they are on top of their game. Further, his mediation service is top notch, no matter how hard the case he's figured out ways to get everyone to agree on resolution.

As you are reading this review just call go ahead and hire the Barnett Firm. Divorce is tough but they made it victorious! My ex did not make anything easy on me so I was so lucky that I had Jason Hansard and Ben Barnett on my side. They are knowledgeable, intimidating to opposing counsel, and they are hilarious! There were times I would be so stressed and they calmed me each and every time. They fight hard for you with elegance, confidence, and knowledge of the law. They left my bully ex quivering, that is something I never in my life thought I would see. So do not hesitate to hire the Barnett Firm, they treat you like family, they get you what you are owed, and they are so responsive, never did I ever even have to wait a day to hear a response. Mr. Benjamin Barnett Is a great attorney that will represent and fight for you on your behalf. If your looking for a lawyer you can trust and know he has your best interest then it would be him. Very nice and helpfull..really helped me a lot the last couple years

Divorce is one of the hardest things you will go through in life. So make sure you have the best attorney because nothing is more important than getting this right. My divorce took right at two years partial because of Covid and partial because my ex was putting it off. Ben helped me through this long process and helped me achieve the things that mattered most. Ben personally handled my case throughout the entire process never putting me off on other colleagues. Even though my case is finally closed I told Ben I would surely be back in the future.
