I was actually told by them that the easiest thing to do was to just give my ex's lawyer what ever she wanted. I could do that without hiring a lawyer. My previous lawyer passed away while on the same case and was running the case perfectly. On the other hand the Barnett firm sent agreements to the other lawyer without my knowledge of things I hadn't actually agreed to. And was told that was the easiest thing to do. Again I could do that without an over priced lawyer. I went from a winning case to a hard fought case because I hired this firm. They are like used car salesmen, full of empty promises.

Mr. Barnett was extremely imformative, honest, kind, and over everyone I spoke to he gave me the most options for my case. I would highly recommend him! You absolutely won't be disappointed!

Mr. Lamberth Is very thorough. He listens and is very considerate. He goes above and beyond to meet your needs. If you have questions he is there to answer them no matter when it may be, on or off the clock. It is evident that his clients are important to him and he loves his job. The Barnett firm is a scam. We signed up with Mr. Barnett for big money and got his brand new, unprofessional, over her head attorney. Once they had our retainer we could never reach Mr. Barnett again and got charged each time we tried via phone or email. Ashley’s meek attitude, lack of knowledge and complete inability to be prepared lost us our son last year and we haven’t seen him since. We watched this unravel and could do nothing once the process had started. Ashley was late to mediation, did not know anything about our case only started looking at it during the mediation. She allowed the other attorney to allow the son to be at the mediation and in the room worth his mother as a tactic to shake up the father and it did. Ashely said that he (her client) must have done something pretty bad to have the mom act this way. How unprofessional! Our own attorney never gave us a chance and she absolutely did not care at all.
