Highly dissatisfied in Matthew Ooten & his law firm. I referred a family member to him as I worked for him in the past with Ogle Elrod & Baril & I deeply regret it. He talks a good game but did not do any of the things that he promised for the money he demanded. He’s hard to reach, always “out of the office” but says “you can call me anytime” to never answer or call back— if you’re being paid to do a job you should be on top of the situation. As a lawyer that’s being paid to represent, you should be in court to REPRESENT. It’s been countless of court dates that he was not present. Overall the experience was not one that I’d recommend to my worst enemy let alone a family member. It’s clear he’s not the man that I worked for over 8 years ago & just in it for compensation. 0/10, I do not recommend. Reading other reviews just shows me we’re not the only ones who were taking advantage of. Shame on you Matt!

I paid the man what he asked. His firm kept in touch with me, made sure I was aware of my court time & dates. He always showed up, always on time, never lied, no B/S smoke n mirrors. Worked hard so everything work out in our favor. It’s the only call you need to make. Ooten Law Firm!!!

Matt and his team came through for us with victory! Matt will always be the one I call when we need legal assistance. Professional and kind! You will be glad to have him on your side!

Everyone I've dealt with at the Firm were absolutely amazing

First I just want to say The Ooten Firm and Lindsey were great to me…They handled all my concerns and they got the job done…. Always answered any question i had on time and made me feel safe…Im glad to say My Dui was dismissed as i was wrongfully charged!!!! Thank you so much to the Ooten firm!!!!

Sad to say we did not have a great experience. Thought Matt would be the lawyer but then was represented by someone else in the firm after initial visit with Matt and he did great but what was talked about in the beginning was not what happened in the end but then found us very dismissed after the judge fell asleep at trial and nothing to be done about anything until we pay more money after a year and a couple months of our date being moved out. Felt like court could have been handled better and now I’m at a loss with the justice system.

Matt Did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone who has a problem that needs solved. Great job!
