Michelle the disability claim specialist did an amazing job on my case. She kept me informed every step of the way. Answered any and all my questions without hesitation. Amazing firm! When trying to decide on who to use for representation, I wanted one thing that a lot of firms have gone away from today and that’s one on one time to discuss the case face to face. With the digital age upon us, most firms are now using applications and software to track your specific case. By that I mean you have to upload your own files and let the firm filter thru it, then you get a response. And on top of that, most communication is now thru a portal as well. They do use a portal, but are willing to do the process either way. With my busy workload, I wanted a law firm that would sit down and hear the truth in the matter at hand. Not only was I able to just email, or prepare hard drives for hand offs, I was able to sit with the team as well and speak face to face. The stress level goes away when hiring this firm and you know your case is in great hands, no matter the charge. Also, I give a 10 out of 10 for preparation and court attributes. Matt is hands down the best in the area and worth every penny required to handle whatever is thrown his teams way. When I say they truly care, I mean it. Every case is different, and we achieved the results we set out for. Matt will also call you back within a matter of moments any time you need him as long as he isn’t in court at the time. You don’t get that anymore as well from many legal services if any, always deal with the paralegal or receptionist. At the end of the day, it’s anyone’s choice to hire who they may and my opinion is my opinion. Let me assure you, I’ve seen the firm work in action, and will refer anyone I know that needs representation to The Matt Ooten law firm in the future. Matt, Robert, Valerie and the whole staff is top notch. Don’t pass them up if you need representation. I promise, you won’t regret it.
