We had the privilege of using the Johnson City office for our representation. Katie Inscore was the paralegal we dealt with and she went above and beyond for me. She is kind,honest, and only wanted the best outcome for me. She returned my calls promptly and was always upfront about any and all possibilities. I would recommend her and her office hands down.

I was referred to Brian Schott by a friend. I'd never hired an attorney and I explained my son's situation to him. He was super kind. He wasn't pushy. Just described how things may or may not go in court and told me to let him know if we needed him. We decided to hire him and he handled everything. All we had to do was show up to court. He didn't charge an arm and leg either. After seeing how unorganized the court system is, I'm so thankful we let Brian take care of us! Highly recommend!

Fox and Farmer have been great to work with. Have been very good to explain the process and keep me updated and very friendly staff! Only had to go in the office one time through the whole process and had a great experience. They got all my medical bills from my wreck covered and some money in my pocket. I would recommend!

I did a live chat with someone and was told I would be contacted for further information, and to have my questions answered. That was over 2 weeks ago, and I have not heard back by phone or email. This is frustrating to me because even if you cannot answer my question, at least acknowledge that I took the time to contact you.

Highly recommend they are very professional and stay on top of things. David was our attorney he was very helpful and nice during the whole process, talk to us as he had known us our whole life. I researched multiple firms before finally calling Fox and Farmer. I am SO happy I did. I talked with David and left feeling confident. Kelley reached out to help with my case and it made things even less stressful! I had so many questions and was going into this blind. She emailed/texted/called whenever I needed her and kept me up to date the entire time. I had my settlement that was MORE than gracious in less than 4 months. I highly highly recommend and will always return to this firm if needed. These bad reviews have to be people without an actual case.
