I wont lie, after I hired Fox and Farmer I started reading horrible reviews. I of course started getting nervous about the fact I had just hired them. HOWEVER, they have been nothing but great. Very responsive(which was a top complaint) I only had to reach out once, just with a small question nothing major. They kept in contact and called when they said they would. I feel like I got the best outcome that I could have gotten. I have zero complaints. You sign a contract before you even get started, so if you choose not to read what you are signing that if you own fault. I would use them again if ever needed.

They were very nice and polite. However I felt the lines of communication were lacking. None of my emails were ever answered and even a call or 2 didn't get a response. Several months at a time would go by without a word. I constantly felt uninformed. I was never really given any instruction or advice. I couldn't wait to end it all as my medical bills got me into difficulties. I am just glad it is over. I got a reasonable settlement I think.
