They act as if you matter and they will be there in your corner. Truth is you can't get anyone on the phone accept the receptionist. If you leave a message they don't call back at all. Pretty much a bunch of liars and cons. Not helpful a bit. Wouldn't use them for anything as a matter of fact I fired them in the middle of my case.
