Went to the Johnson City office in March to get help applying for disability. The lady I spoke with was a big help at first but now I can’t even get her to respond to messages that I have left for her. I have been trying to get her to call me back for 2 weeks now. I haven’t even met or talked to the lawyer at this office. No customer service whatsoever. I’m not sure what I will be paying for if my disability is approved. I have only talked to someone from this office 2 times since March and I’m only trying to get an update on my case.
