Thank you for giving me my life back. From our first meeting Mr. Burks and Mr. Ogle assured me we would restore my name. They were absolutely phenomenal and compassionate during the entire process. As with any incident you may face that requires the services of a criminal legal defense team, i was nervous about how my case would play out. I was nervous about how the state, the jury, would see my case. I was worried i wouldn’t get a fair chance to prove my innocence. I NEVER worried about the legal representation i had through this because through whole experience i felt burkes and ogle truly wanted the best for me and did right by me. I felt protected, respected and as though i had real allies with this firm. Mr. Burkes was consistently professional and direct when advocated for me through this case. He fought for me, taught me a few things in the process and respected me and my family while having an iron fist when it came down to interpreting what we are expecting from my case. Not only do i get to enjoy absolute freedom with no charges, Mr. burkes was able to paint a picture that truly represents the man and not the allegations I've faced. My suggestion for ANYONE fighting serious legal snd criminal ramifications, seek the help of Burkes and Ogle, specifically Charles Burkes Jr. He will do what is right for you, your family, and what is just! I will also add Nate Ogle was also very helpful and professional in our meetings. I don't plan on getting into anything else that requires my name being along side the word criminal, however, i am so pleased with the help i received it makes me think of keeping them on a annual retainer. That last part was a bit of a joke, however Burkes and Ogle are truly THAT GOOD! I am appreciative of this firm and i stand by their work!

I am more than pleased with my experience with Jeff and his team. I had talked to at least 7 or 8 other lawyers/firms, that made me feel like I was a paycheck. My first conversation, which I should also mention was on my first call, not a call back to me, I knew Jeff was the right choice. He was honest, he made me feel like I had someone on my side. He was always at court for my appearances, someone ALWAYS answered my calls and immediately got me what I needed. He never charged me for unnecessary things that I have been charged for with law firms in the past. After reviewing my DUI case he told me he felt like we had a chance at beating it and we did. I've had good lawyers in the past, Jeff is as good as it gets and the way he treated me and made me feel was exceptional, better than any before. I can't say enough about how positive my experience was, you will NOT regret choosing Jeff as your lawyer!!!
