10/20/23 - I was referred to Mr. Coller and their team for my troubling situation. Mr. Coller has been a phenomenal help with my case. From day 1, he has been at my side as I patiently await the investigation to come to a close. The retainer fee was up to $5,000 for my trouble, but it has been worth every penny. Defund the corrupt Knoxville Police!!

Lance and his team were great to work with. Lisa was fast to act any time we have a question. We hated that we had to use a law office, but we are glad that we chose this one!

We hired John Valiant III to do a simple demand letter. Communication was almost non existent. It was a very poor experience pretty much from the beginning. Important emails went unreturned. Promised call backs never happened. His paralegal Sheila is extremely rude and condescending. It's rare that I regret a business transaction but this is one I absolutely regret.

Lance and Lisa provided a professional service and were sympathetic to me for my unfortunate circumstance. The outcome exceeded my expectation and all charges were dismissed, and he's now working to have the incident expunged from public records. Thank you!

So one day I turned down into a work zone unknowing to me and was speeding 11 over normally this zone is 50 mph so I’m thinking I’m doing 1mph over but that day it was 40 because of work zone and Sergeant slaughter state trooper pulled me over, said he smelled what he thought was marijuana, and I had two firearms on me that were valuable and I thought I did pretty good on the sobriety test, considering I have been shot in my left foot with a 410 shotgun and it doesn’t work very well and I am prediabetic and had not eaten that day so I was booked into the jail. I contacted Jeffrey the next day told him I was serious about fighting the case. He said he loves to fight cases as well. He came up with a good plan, so I rolled with what he told me and at the end I paid up small phone and I came home on unsupervised probation. Plus I got $6000 worth of firearms back. They also had put me on Pre Trial Release when I got out and he was able to get that reduced after a couple of months of me doing right on my drug screens, which I was already passing drug screens before that was issued by the state for my release anyways, he is the man and that’s my story

If you’re looking for a cross examination or a trial attorney NATE is your guy! This guy didn’t just attend court …he SHOWED TF up! Suite, brief case, confident, and made stuff happen. Absolutely tore through the plaintiff and was able to pull a few strings here and there to make the process easy for the defendant.
