David was very professional handling my mom’s estate. He gave me great advice and was so much help. We were very unprepared for this circumstance and because I live out of state all transactions were handled by phone or email but I couldn’t say enough about how professional and courteous he was. I would highly recommend David for any legal need you may have.

My wife and I were looking for an attorney whose office was located in the Farragut area so that it would be convenient for us since we live in Farragut. David's location is perfect for Farragut residents, near the intersection of Lovell Road and Kingston Pike, with parking by his entrance. We had not had our estate planning updated in almost 20 years. All issues pertaining to our estate planning were completely outdated. David updated all aspects to make them consistent with our current situations. He was incredibly thorough and brought several points to our attention that we had not thought of, and upon reflection, were very important. We found David to be very pleasant, easy to talk to, a good listener, and we, in no way, felt rushed. Having worked with a number of attorneys on both personal and business issues, we determined that his charges were very reasonable for a very high quality of representation. David responded to every phone call and email that I made very promptly, and this was assuring to me during a very difficult time. He is very knowledgeable: My case involved incidents/people who were out of state but he understood what needed to be done to move my case to be handled locally. Mr. Montgomery is a wonderful attorney. I should have written this review over a year ago. The case he handled for my family was a very complicated case and he made it seem like a piece of cake. My husband has a disabled brother that we hadn't seen in years and Mr. Montgomery was able to get us court ordered visitation. The Campbell/Falk Act is the law that he was able to use. This was a new law in 5/2016 and we went to court 10/2017. We were told by the other two attorneys involved that visitation was out of the question because they didn't know any different. The judge had even made the statement that visitation didn't pertain to this case. They say God works in mysterious ways. Well he defiantly had a hand in putting Mr. Montgomery in our life. Again I cannot praise Mr. Montgomery enough and would highly recommend him to any one.
