David Montgomery provided my wife and I with legal services for our adoption, and we couldn't be more pleased with the work he did for us. Ours was a very complex case that involved international termination of parental rights of an absent father. Despite the complexity, Mr. Montgomery walked us through every detail and made sure that the entire process was handled properly. We would certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone in need of an adoption lawyer.

This man is completely incompetent when it comes to handling divorce cases. My mother was horribly mistreated by her ex-husband and David did not do anything to protect her or my little sister from a toxic man. He is probably great when the case is easy, but as things get more difficult and if your ex has good lawyer David gives up immediately and only cares about getting paid, despite the welfare of children being on the line. I one hundred percent do not recommend. He's also super shady about pricing throughout the entire process. He is not up front about what you will actually be charged.

David was very friendly and professional. He helped my husband and I create our wills. We feel confident that our children will be protected and provided for in the future. David stayed on top of the paper work and responded back quickly to our every question. He did not complain when we wanted to completely change something, even though it meant more work for him. Our current will was no longer accommodating our wishes and we needed to add two special needs trusts. We would also need to have an attorney that could help was with a conservatorship for my son. The attorney we have used in the past, felt it be better to have some one that specialized in those areas. It is nerve wracking enough to get your affairs in order, but finding someone that could help us with both our wills and special needs trust, conservatorship AND not charge an exorbitant fee was proving to be difficult. I happened across Mr. Montgomery and set up a meeting. His office was easy to locate and we found him to be personable, patient and very accommodating. He was quick to return emails and had an answer for all our concerns. He was able to meet our needs fully, provided us with all the needed documents in a timely fashion AND had reasonable rates. As it will be several months before my son turns 18 - we have time to get together to start the conservatorship - but we have a game plan in action and the process should go smoothly. If you are looking for someone to represent you in your family affairs, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Mr. Montgomery.

Mr. Reed was exceptional in helping me resolve a legal matter. He went above and beyond to help me and I am very thankful to him and his staff.

We hired Josh to finalize the adoption of our foster child. He provided excellent advice and information and worked well with social workers to make sure they had all the information and paperwork they needed from us. He was present at any meeting we asked him to come to and answered questions we had about the process accurately. We hired him again to do a name change for me to fix some confusion with the DMV in TN and he again provided quick and skillful service. We would hire him again anytime.

We have used Mr Reed for our wills and for a recent adoption. He was very knowledgable attentive and easy to reach through out the entire process. Mr Reed took all of the worry and stress out of the process and enabled us to enjoy becoming parents to an amazing little boy.
