Working with the team at Lannom & Williams was a real positive experience. I initially spoke with the very kind Elizabeth Stovall who actively listened to my issue and concerns. She then proceeded to inform me about different laws and how their firm could assist in my manner. I felt that the contract for payment was extremely thought out. It conveyed their terms and conditions in a understandable manner without sounding too corporate or condescending. Christy Morris was the paralegal assigned to my case and she replied to questions in a timely manner and provided prompt updates in each step of the process. My day of court representation was a junior member of Miss Stovall’s team, Associate Attorney Tyler Stanfield. Without prior knowledge, one would not be able to identify that this was Mr. Stanfield’s freshman year as a licensed attorney. As I was waiting for my case to be heard, I watched how he conducted himself with with cognizance and diligence. There are seasoned legal professionals that I have previously worked with that still haven’t mastered these skills yet. Mr. Stanfield spoke with me in a respectful tone, made certain that things were resolved to my satisfaction and made sure that all of my questions answered.
